CNC Turning

 

Ingleside Machine utilizes state of the art CNC Turning Centers.  We have machines with bar feeding, and parts catchers for production work as well as Mill-Turn Centers for complex part manufacturing.  We have experience turning parts from materials ranging from plastic to the most exotic high temperature alloys.  Part sizes can range from under 1/4" up to 12 inches in diameter, with shaft lengths up to 48 inches.  Lot sizes from one piece to thousands of pieces are routinely processed.
